What does the Studio Pass cover?

Social, email, web, SEO, UGC, strategy, copywriting, and operations. Send as many requests as you like. We work through them one at a time, in priority order, for an average of about 25 hours per month. Heavier usage is reviewed with you at renewal.

How does UGC creator pricing work?

Our campaign fee covers sourcing, briefs, and management. Creator payments are separate and billed at cost.

What usage rights come with UGC videos?

Organic use on your own channels is included. Paid usage and whitelisting are available for an added fee.

How many revisions do I get?

Studio Pass requests include as many revisions as you need. UGC creator videos include one revision round per video, and extra rounds are quoted per round.

How do I cancel?

Cancel with 30 days' notice. We recommend a 3-month commitment for social media management plans, since results build over time. The Studio Pass has no minimum term. Everything is billed monthly in advance.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. We create content and source creators in English and Spanish.

Are website builds included?

Landing pages are included in the Studio Pass. Full website builds are quoted per project.

Can you rush a request?

Studio Pass requests are already delivered in 1-2 business days on average. UGC creator work needed in under 7 days carries a rush fee.

When am I billed?

Monthly, in advance. For UGC campaigns, creator payments are collected before creators start.

What happens after I apply?

We reply within 48 hours to confirm fit and next steps.
